If you don’t, please return them to us and we will refund you, no questions asked. Please email hello@greenerme.ca with your original order number, name, and we will assist you with this process. * Please note that all shipping fees will be for your cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible for a refund / return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused/ unopened and in its original packaging.

Refunds
Once your refund has been approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All orders ship within 1-2 business days.

Standard Shipping - Continental U.S. and Canadian orders will deliver within 4 -7 days.

All orders will receive an email confirmation that includes tracking information once the package ships.

REMOTE LOCATIONS

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping on orders being sent to a P.O. box, remote location, or address that is only accessible by airplane. If you live in a remote or fly-in location, or only have access to a P.O. box, please contact our customer service department at hello@greenerme.ca and we will be happy to find a solution to accommodate you.
